With 28 years in education, experience ranging from Head Band Director to District Director of Fine Arts, and a reputation for mentoring educators across multiple states, Mr. Fulwood brings an incredible amount of knowledge and leadership to Bulldog Nation.

📢 STAAR Scores for Grades 3-8 Available June 16!

Edgewood ISD families will be able to access their students' STAAR scores for Grades 3-8 beginning June 16 through the Ascender Parent Portal.

To view scores:
✅ Log in to your Ascender Parent Portal account
✅ Click the Texas Assessment button
✅ Access your student's STAAR results

Scores will be available in the same Parent Portal used throughout the school year to monitor grades and student information. Once logged in, simply select the Texas Assessment button to view results.

Edgewood ISD continues to market, recruit, and SIGN outstanding educators who put students first.

Mrs. Sarah Nicol is bringing a strong background in literacy instruction, a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and Reading Specialist certification to Edgewood Intermediate School as our new 4th/5th Grade ELA teacher.

What makes this signing even more special is that Mrs. Nicol is not just joining our schools. She and her family are joining our community. Her two children will attend Edgewood ISD, and she is excited to become an active part of the Bulldog family.

🎓 Ready to earn college credit, meet CCMR requirements, and get a head start on your future?

Edgewood High School is offering a FREE TSI Bootcamp to help students prepare for the Texas Success Initiative Assessment (TSIA2).

📚 English Bootcamp
Monday, June 8

🧮 Math Bootcamp
Tuesday, June 9

⏰ TSI Prep begins at 8:00 AM each day. Students will test as soon as prep is completed.

🥪 Bring your lunch!

The TSI is an important step for students planning to take dual credit courses and is often required for enrollment in college level coursework. TSI completion can also help students meet College, Career, and Military Readiness (CCMR) indicators.

This opportunity is open to all Edgewood ISD students entering 9th grade through recently graduated seniors.
