We got our first motor torn down and we passed!

Daytona Dixe was one for the books. We hung out with great friends, met new friends. Had great cars! Thanks so much to crew chief for working his butt off all week for us to have fast cars!

Oh and did I mention Akeem got 2nd place in Heavy Honda A-Main! We are so proud of Akeem’s determination and fight. He started 3rd, made a bold move at the drop of the green flag that didn’t turn out so well for him and there he went to 10th with 30 some laps left. He never gave up and fought his way back to a 2nd place finish.

No better feeling than watching your kid do what he loves and to see his face after a 2nd place finish at Daytona is the best feeling as parents!

One of the best things about this support is the love and respect of all the kids and family. Seeing other kids and parents just as excited for your kids success just make it all worth it.

Heats start Friday afternoon and Mains are Saturday.

Heavy Honda A-Main went P5-P7, this race was crazy a for sure.

Heavy 160 A-Main went P10-P6, I loved watching him drive this race, his car was not great but he drove the hell out of it. In this class there are a lot of good fast cars and great drivers. So to move up 4 spots was a win for us!
