Date/Time: Oct 16th from 8 am to 12 pm.

Location: Crosswind Church, 15801 E. Centretech Cir. Aurora, Co 80011.

Free lab tests:
Lipid Panel, HgbA1c( average glucose level for 3 months) bone scan, body balance check, and dental exam.
