Botanical Touch is intimate. It’s one of the most intimate relationships I have! It was born from a very intimate story I was working through within myself. It’s such a blessing to share this intimacy with you all and to get to be a piece of some of your stories.

Time and time again, I get humbled in life and am brought back to this idea that staying connected to self is the most important, healing, and empowering act we have.
