This Memorial Day, we pause to honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country.

Their courage, selflessness, and dedication gave us freedoms many take for granted every single day. Behind every fallen hero is a family, a story, a brotherhood, and a legacy that will never be forgotten.

Today we stand together in remembrance of those who never got the chance to come home.

May we honor them not only with words, but by continuing to support one another, serve our communities with compassion, and never forget the cost of freedom. ❤️🇺🇸

As always we’re here for you! 🫵

Last week, we recognized National Police Week. This week, we honor EMS Week. 💙🚑🚓

To the law enforcement officers, dispatchers, EMTs, paramedics, firefighters, and all first responders who continue showing up for others on their hardest days. thank you.

You carry the weight of emergencies, trauma, grief, and crisis, often while putting your own needs aside. Behind every uniform is a human being who deserves support, understanding, and care too.

At Building First Responder Resiliency and Volusia Recovery Alliance, we are proud to stand beside those who serve our communities every day. Whether through peer support, connection, resources, or simply reminding you that you are not alone , we see you, we appreciate you, and we are here for you.

This week and every week, thank you for the sacrifices you make that so often go unseen. Stay safe, take care of one another, and remember: asking for support is strength. 💛

Today is International Firefighters’ Day.

To the ones who run toward what others run from—thank you.

For your courage, your sacrifice, and the weight you carry long after the call ends… we see you.
Stay safe. We’ve got your back. 🔥🚒

Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Month and this one hits different for those who’ve worn the uniform.

To the first responders and veterans…
You’ve been the calm in chaos. The voice in the dark. The one people call on their worst day.

But let’s be real for a second carrying everyone else doesn’t mean you’re not carrying something of your own.

The calls don’t always stay on scene.
The memories don’t always fade.
And the “I’m fine” we say? Yeah… sometimes it’s not the truth.

This month isn’t about weakness it’s about honesty.
It’s about checking in on your people and actually meaning it.
It’s about knowing that strength isn’t just pushing through… it’s knowing when to talk, when to pause, and when to get support.

You are not alone even on the days it feels like it.

If you’re struggling, say something. If your brother or sister seems off, reach out. We don’t leave our people behind not on calls, and not in life.

Stay safe. Stay connected. Take care of your mind the same way you take care of everyone else. You can always reach out to us.🖤

What an incredible day! 💙

A HUGE thank you to Tailgatorz for hosting our Building First Responder Resiliency Co****le Fundraiser. Your support, generosity, and willingness to open your doors to our mission means more than we can put into words.

Also would like to give a shoutout to Deltona Fire Rescue for bringing out the brand new “Race to Stop Suicide” truck. What a powerful addition to the day and an important reminder of the mission we’re all fighting for.

To everyone who came out, played, donated, and supported us, THANK YOU. We couldn’t do this without our community. 💙

One Family. One Fight. 💪🫶
