IMPO NEWS ~ Global Craft Acquires World Shoppe Chicago, IL (October 15, 2012) – Global Crafts, an Edgewater, FL-based fair trade wholesale company, has acquired World Shoppe, LLC, a Chicago-based importer of jewelry and greeting cards handmade by women artisans from South Africa.

News came out last week that Whole Foods Market is pulling some chocolates from its shelves because it couldn't verify that child labor wasn't used (see story via Natural Awakenings Chicago North & North Shore: http://bit.ly/NA-WholeFoodsChoco). What do you think of this news? Progress?
