“Even if you’ve never heard the word ‘Qigong’ before, you have been doing it all your life, you may have just not realized it.”

Qigong means “working with energy.” It does not mean “doing your qigong exercises and meditations.”

So, yes, it is BEST if you make time to do Small Universe or the Butterfly Meditation and the healing movements.

But that’s a limited view of Qigong. You can do Qigong anywhere, anytime, all day long.

How about this?

When you go grocery shopping, try to smile with love every time someone makes eye contact with you.
Smiling opens your heart, and it helps to open the heart of the other person.
The love you share this way is the most powerful healing energy there is, and smiling releases endorphins in your own body – which help you to heal. What do you think happens when you keep doing that?

When you are standing in line, sitting in traffic, or sitting at home, practice energy breathing.
That means visualizing healing energy entering every pore of your skin, running between all your cells, and gathering deep behind your navel when you breathe in, then visualizing any pain or sickness leaving the body as smoke – out through the pores, going to the ends of the sky.

This breathing is a foundation of Spring Forest Qigong, and you can do it any time, anywhere, with no physical effort.

Before you leave the house every morning or before you go to bed every night, take a few seconds to close your eyes and give thanks for ten things in your life.

They can be as simple as, “I am thankful I have food today” or “I am thankful for a chance to have a better day today.”

Gratitude helps the kidney energy, and kidney energy is the body’s vitality.

The more you can support the kidney energy, the faster you can heal and the more energy you will have to do everything you like.

So you see my friend, you can bring your qigong practice into every moment, not just by doing movements and meditations.

👁️✨ Show your eyes some love with this simple Qigong healing technique!

Your eyes work hard all day—give them the energy and care they deserve. 💛

🌟 TRY THIS:
1️⃣ Rub your palms together until they’re nice and warm
2️⃣ Gently place them over your eyes
3️⃣ Visualize healing energy flowing in
4️⃣ Silently affirm: “My vision is clear. My eyes are healthy and strong.”
Visualize and feel the heat penetrating deeply into your eyes while you send a healing message, such as “My nearsightedness is gone” or “My vision is perfect.”

Hold for 1–2 minutes and feel the difference. This palm healing technique stimulates, relaxes, and rejuvenates your eyes from the inside out. 👏

Your vision is precious—nurture it with Qi. 🌿

The heat and energy from your palms stimulates, relaxes and opens up channels in your eyes. Your eyes do so much work but get so little attention. They love this exercise for healing and maintaining their health.

Visualization directs the energy inside of you, to go where it can best serve you.

It allows our body to bring focused energy to those areas where you want to receive healing or want to rebuild your energy system.

Visualization connects your heart, mind, spirit, and physical body together, so you can experience “Oneness,” that state where true power is unleashed, and true healing begins.

While you are doing healing, visualize universal energy coming into you body through every cell and gathering in your lower dantian. In this way, you replenish the energy you are sending out.

Visualize the sickness, pain, and discomfort as smoke. Or be creative and come up with another visualization to focus the power of your mind.

You can help yourself heal faster by visualizing your energy channels flowing smoothly and crystal clear

OR

Simply, say it out loud or in your mind... " Channels open, flowing smoothly, Completely Healed"

Hello my dear friends,

Every thought, feeling and action, no matter what it is, has a direct effect on the entire Universe. Because we are ALL CONNECTED, we are all part of the Universal Energy

ALL THINGS ARE INTERCONNECTED. You are not just a physical being. You are a mental, an emotional, and a spiritual being. These are all interconnected. Often when we experience illness, we have separated out these aspects of our whole self. If you focus on only one aspect at a time, your results will be very limited. At Spring Forest Qigong we teach our students...

Although, it is important to understand and focus on all aspects of our being, when we look at healing ourselves, we don’t need to understand these principles to experience the benefits of SFQ practice.

Once we open ourselves up to the universe, the universal energy is with us and gives our body whatever kind of energy it needs and automatically returns to the universe what it does not need.

“When practicing the Healing Movements move your hands and legs as slowly as possible. The slower, the better. This will allow you to feel the energy better and more easily experience the emptiness.”

When practicing Qigong meditations with repetitive movements, in a slow, gentle, and controlled way, you will find that, your energy is no longer scattered and the connection you feel as your body, mind, and heart are all brought together, is truly something so beautiful, so powerful, you simply must experience its healing power, for yourself.

And always remember GOOD, BETTER, BEST. Any Qigong you make time for no matter how slow or fast your movement is will always be GOOD.

Hello, my dear friends,

When you seek and strive to be and feel unconditional love in your life, sometimes, old stories can filter though and bring with them old expectations not met by what you thought love was supposed to be, doubts and fears.

Every time you open your awareness to higher energies of love, the remaining lower energies about love will float up to the surface.

These energies will show you what part of you has not felt loved.

Ask yourself this question: Is there any part of me that is afraid of loving and being loved?

Go inward, and be still for a few minutes, and then just start writing what comes to you.

Now, take a few moments to talk to that part of you in the most gentle way and convey, in your own way and words, that there is nothing wrong with feeling that fear.

How many different ways can you reassure yourself that everything is okay and that part of you, that felt or feels afraid, is safe and deeply loved by your Soul and the Universe?

Hello, my dear friends,

Everything is energy.

For example, Habits are just ways that energy moves – patterns, – and patterns like to repeat themselves.

So, if you have a negative pattern of thought or negative way of using the body, the energy behind those patterns keeps moving the same way, reinforcing the patterns. But, what is true of negative patterns here is also true of positive patterns.

The easiest way to transform the energy of those negative patterns, then, is simply to gently begin to redirect their flow into something positive.

When the energy flows to positive ends, new patterns can take shape. Out of this positive flow and these new patterns, balance arises.

When your energy is balanced and flowing smoothly, it is so much easier to connect to your soul through the greater purity and stillness of your life.

When you stay connected to your soul and its purpose and keep your energy and your life in alignment with it, happiness and health are there to enjoy.

Hello, my dear friends,

Each life experience we have has energy, just as everything in the universe has energy. Sometimes we hold on to the energy of an old story and live it over and again and it can keep us from moving forward.

One effortless way to release old stories to make room for new ones is through loving. Loving stories are never a burden. The stories that can repeat themselves in our emotional world and in our mind are the ones you feel are unfinished.

Often they are filled with ‘could haves’ and ‘should haves’. The energy is “I should have done this, or that.”

The other stories can be ones where you couldn’t believe that someone you thought you could trust did something that you felt hurt you. There can be energy like resentment, blame, and feeling a victim of the experience.

The wisdom here is that you can leave anything when you love it. The more you dislike or even hate something, the more bound you are to it.

Think about the stories you feel you have carried with you most of your life that you sense are holding you back from new, happier, more fulfilling stories.

Now, take the same experiences and list for each one the good you find in each story.

This will help you to change your story and change your energy, to live a more joy-filled life.

✨ Stimulate energy along your spine with this simple hand exercise

Hello, my dear friends,

This easy movement may help support healthy energy flow through the spine and bring relief to areas holding tension or discomfort 🙌

👉 HOW TO:
Interlock your fingers until the webbing between each finger touches firmly.

Then gently pull your hands apart and repeat the movement over and over.

The key energetic stimulation happens when the finger webbing connects as your hands interlock.

You can do this movement:
• Slowly for relaxation
• Quickly for more energetic stimulation

⚡ The vibration created by this exercise may help activate and smooth the flow of energy along the spine.

⏱ HOW LONG:
1–3 minutes

🔄 HOW OFTEN:
As often as you’d like

This is a simple practice you can do almost anywhere — at home, at work, or while taking a quick break.
