As Hoop Habits continues to grow, we are proud to be able to offer more to athletes. That being said, we are thrilled about our biggest announcement yet:

Introducing the Hoop Habits Academy.

Designed as a 12-month comprehensive plan designed to help you reach your goals.

Our program offers what we believe are the essential components necessary to maximize growth.

-Basketball Skills Training
- Sports Performance Training
- Nutrition Coaching
- Sports Mindset Training
- Recovery

We will be accepting 10 athletes in the inaugural 2024-2025 year.

Please register via the application on our website under the Academy tab.

Applications are due by August 30th for review.
