Purpose: As a Product Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the outbound marketing activities for assigned products with current channel partners through our marketing services offerings. You will craft the messaging and positioning for products. You'll conceive and develop innovative marketing programs that drive demand. Attention to detail and an eye for quality, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into benefits is crucial.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing plan – Develop, implement and oversee a marketing plan and related campaigns for specific vendor channel partners in order to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets. Working closely with the GetWireless and vendor (corporate) marketing teams to report progress and ROI assessment on all campaigns.

• Demand Creation / Lead Generation - Marketing program of key channel partners (VAR’s, integrators, etc.) to drive lead generation and market awareness campaigns. Use marketing tools for nurture and awareness campaign management.

• Content Development – Work closely with vendor marketing teams to develop content for campaigns and product launches.

• Sales Support – Support regional sales executives with marketing content needs for the assigned vendors, or strategic campaigns to drive overall growth for the assigned product lines.

The ideal background of a Product Marketing Specialist:

Previous experience working in wireless, IoT (Internet-of-things), M2M or cellular would be a strong advantage.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
Past experience managing marketing budgets.
The ability to coordinate and manage small teams of people and influence senior staff is essential.

Requirements:

2-year degree, and 3+ equivalent work experience in Marketing.
Excellent communicator who uses proper grammar and spelling when speaking and writing.
Very detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability and willingness to be part of a team that strives for success.
Hours:
40 Hours Minimum
Some travel (Couple times a year)
