This is not a new discovery, but something has been even exemplified by my ancestors going back as far as the 17th century according to my family oral history. While there is so much food around us, a well balanced nutrition is out of reach for many due to lack of knowledge on the deficiencies, or not having time to source the foods that constitute a balanced nutrition.
