Seeing these from Christopher and Banks in Appleton, Wisconsin, made me pause and appreciate how far this journey has brought me. So grateful for every opportunity, every challenge, and every person cheering me on, especially my parents. This morning's adventure: a mammogram! Nobody enjoys a mammogram, but I do enjoy knowing what's going on in there.

It's important to get this done. I go to The Breast Cancer of Maple Grove. What's it like? It was fast, easy, and while a little uncomfortable, it was completely manageable.

Breast cancer runs in my family, so this is something I take seriously. I've been getting regular mammograms for the past 7 years, and today was another reminder that taking care of our health matters.

If you're due for a mammogram, don't let the fear of the "b**b squish" keep you from making the appointment. It takes just a few minutes and can provide peace of mind - and potentially save your life.
