- We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to support daily office tasks in a construction company.
Estamos procurando um(a) Assistente Administrativo(a) organizado(a) para apoiar as atividades diárias do escritório.

Responsibilities / Responsabilidades
- Answer phone calls and emails
Atender ligações e e-mails
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Comunicar-se com clientes, fornecedores e subcontratados
- Organize documents and files
Organizar documentos e arquivos
- Assist with scheduling and basic office tasks
Ajudar com agendas e tarefas administrativas básicas

Requirements / Requisitos
- Fluent in English and Portuguese (required)
Fluente em inglês e português (obrigatório)
- Office or administrative experience
Experiência administrativa ou em escritório
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and basic computer systems
Experience com Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) e sistemas básicos de computador.
- Good communication and organization skills

Last Wednesday, Pardini R. Construction had the pleasure of celebrating with a special Christmas lunch for all employees working on the siding replacement project at The Legends at K**b Hill. The event was thoughtfully organized by the Board members of the association and RCP Management to show their appreciation for the excellent work done by our team.

We were thrilled to have over 50 people in attendance—wow! Special thanks to Luis Sanches from Kipcon, the engineering firm for this project, for joining us.

A heartfelt thank you to Jackie Boker, Jessica Bishara, and Nicole Ancona from RCP Management, as well as the Board Members and homeowners of The Legends, for their generosity and recognition.
