My specialty is creating order out of chaos. There is a balance between saving money and saving time. At some point, the money you save by keeping the books yourself ends up costing you more in the long run because you're not spending time on your business/company. When you get to that point, call me! I have been in business for 20 years and my services are tailored to as much or as little as you need.
Just a notice to all of you with payroll:
Michigan's minimum wage will increase to $13.73 per hour on January 1, 2026, up from the current rate of $12.48!
Personal extensions for 2024 tax filing are expiring on 10/15/25. If you haven't filed yet its time to get that task bumped up on your to do list!

A local bar was so sure their barman was the strongest man in town that they offered a standing $1,000 bet 💰
The barman would squeeze a lemon until every drop of juice was gone, then challenge anyone to try and squeeze out even one more drop 🍋
Weightlifters tried. Arm wrestlers tried. No one ever won.
Then one day, in walks this scrawny little guy — so skinny you’d miss him if he turned sideways — wearing scratched-up glasses and a ten-year-old polyester suit 🤓
He says, “I’d like to try the bet.”
The place erupted with laughter 🤣
The barman says, “Sure, go ahead,” and crushes a lemon until not a drop remains. Then he hands the wrinkled rind to the little man.
To everyone’s shock, the little guy clenches his tiny fist, squeezes hard — and out comes one drop… then another… and then a third drop falls into the glass 😳
Total silence in the bar. You could hear a pin drop.
As the bartender handed over the $1,000, he asked, “What do you do for a living? Are you a lumberjack? A metalworker? A weightlifter?”
The little man smiled and said quietly:
“I work for the IRS.” 😏

April 15th is looming! If you haven't filed your taxes yet, then its time to file an extension. If you think you owe, then send a payment with it because an extension is only for filing and not for paying!
Corporate and Partnership tax returns are due on Monday. If this applies to you, its not too late to get your extension filed :)

Its that time again! Year end and W-2s! That also means its time for 4th quarter 2024 estimated income tax payments, due January 15th.
