So we ordered one of the small Hikkoshi Wraps to try out and it works really good. We'll likely be stocking up on them to help cut down the amount of time prep work takes. I love finding new equipment that makes our job easier or helps us provide better service to our clients.

This is a warning to all small business owners... Do NOT service Kenya Pride! She will rip you off! After 3 truck loads with 3 men and 9hours of moving her while enduring her verbal abuse, she stiffed us on the bill! We are a small business not a huge corporation. You just took food out of my kids mouths basically...Not to mention she threw a dumbell and almost hit one of our movers with it. I found out towards the end of her move that she does this frequently and is well known at restaurants for doing this (especially chili's). 9 hours with no break, no lunch, and working non-stop...She is truly the worse kind of person and is by far the worse client I have ever serviced. I can't even comprehend the entitlement she must have to treat people the way that she does. It's crazy cause you'd never expect it, she acts so nice and sweet. She waits until she has you stuck in the middle of service and then she starts. So either you endure her abuse to get paid or you cancel her services and then just wasted a whole day with nothing to show for it. A whole day away from my kids (ones 4 months old only!) and then she rips you off on the bill. Her behavior today was truly disgusting.

Man people can be so crazy. This guy must've hit the "message" button on an ad or post and then flipped out over our automated welcoming message (that he triggered) and then threatened us while claiming harassment. Literally have never had any interaction with him...Sadly this isn't uncommon. A few times a month we'll deal with people trying to argue with our automated messaging or claiming harassment because they hit a but that opened a chat with a welcome message.
