We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crew Leader to join our landscaping/ lawn care team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily activities of our lawn care routes. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team
- Ability to complete jobs individually start to finish
- Coordinate and schedule daily tasks for the crew
- Ensure that work is completed on time and within budget
- Monitor progress and quality of work
- Provide guidance and training to crew members
- Maintain a safe working environment
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the landscape/lawn care industry
- Strong knowledge of zero turns and various other small engine tools
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to read and interpret specific directions pertaining to each individual customer
- Solid understanding of budgeting time through the day
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.50 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 plus
8-10 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
