Leasing begins for one of Easton's newest apartment buildings More than three-and-a-half years after it was first announced, a new apartment building in Easton is welcoming tenants.

We are getting ready to open our doors!

We are making great progress and the weather is helping us too. The outside cladding work has started and at the same time interior rough-in work is proceeding at great pace.

We are anticipating all rough-in work to conclude pretty soon as we enter next stage of construction…

We are wrapping-up framing as it nears completion at Dutchtown Pointe. We are getting ready for rough-ins of mechanical systems in the next phase of the project. Stay tuned for more updates shortly.

Steel installation is getting wrapped-up and we move to vertical construction starting next week.
