Who would of thought a mall workout could be so hard 🤷🏽‍♂️

This time last year was filled with emotions and uncertainty—we were just getting started, without a clear path forward. But through it all, one thing has remained constant: the quality of how you treat your people 💯

On the programming side, we can confidently say that is a mastermind 🧠 when it comes to designing workouts that translate to the competitive floor. In just a year, we’ve built a system that truly prepares athletes for whatever comes their way. I came into this year knowing, without a doubt, that everyone in the room was ready 🦾

Every day, my mission is to grow as a coach, to lead my athletes, and to create an experience that makes a lasting impact. This year has been a journey—full of highs, challenges, and emotions. There are moments of doubt, times when things don’t seem as they appear, and times when I know I can be better. But keeping things simple, staying consistent, and taking it one step at a time is where my mindset is. You can’t replicate true passion and commitment—this is just the beginning 📈

Why This Time of Year Means So Much to Me and My Community ⬇️

The photo above captures my very first competition in 2018 ( don’t laugh at the technique or face 😂) I was struggling, but having my best friend by my side as my judge and coach made all the difference. Moments like these remind me that competition isn’t just about performance—it’s about the people who push you to be your best.

Competition can be nerve-wracking, but my advice: Stay calm through the chaos. No excuses. Don’t question bad reps. Just show up and give it your all—no matter the circumstance. Every year you find yourself getting better or learning something new 💡

I’m beyond grateful for my Rebuilt family—staying late, cheering loud, and throwing down together under the lights. We don’t just host competitions; we create memories. And when it’s all said and done, we celebrate another year of growth, grit, and hard work.
