Congrats to our June Member of the Month ! Lauren always pushes herself during class, RXing more and more workouts recently. We can’t wait to see her continue to progress. Help us wish Lauren a huge congratulations 🎉!

We had a great group honor fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy on Sunday when we did Murph together as a community 💪🏼. We hope everyone had a great weekend and spent some time honoring the fallen 🇺🇸

Our May member of the month is Mr. Full Send himself ! If you come to the gym, you know Mike. He’s always pushing himself in class and always making us laugh (and sometimes roll our eyes!). Congrats to long time member, Mike 🥳!

Our April member of the month is ! Vianelly has been consistent since joining us a few months ago, and she’s seeing it pay off in the gym. She’s consistently Rxing workouts with an occasional Rx Plus WOD. She has also taken steps to improve her nutrition outside of the gym (we see you!). Please help us congratulate one of our sweetest members. Congrats Nelly 👏🏼🥳 !

Congrats to our March Member of the Month, Nicole! Nicole is a consistent member in our night classes. Not only is she constantly pushing herself in both her weightlifting and gymnastics movements, but she is also always smiling while doing so! If you’ve taken class with her, you’ve definitely had a conversation with her, as she is also one of the sweetest people you’ll meet at CF Steam. Congrats ._officer_1 👏🏼!

Our February member of the month is ! Alberto joined us after killing it during our internal challenge last year. He’s been progressing every week, a testament to his consistency and drive to do well in the gym 💪🏼. Congrats Alberto!

Our first member of the month for 2026 is a special one- Angel! If you’ve ever taken class or been in the gym the same time as Angel, you’ve witnessed his generosity and compassion. He is always the first to approach a new member and ask if they want to partner up during a workout, helping them out throughout the process. He’s helped CrossFit Steam in so many of our upgrades (our personalized CrossFit Steam barbell stand to name one, and being present to help out when our gym flooded a few years back to name another). We love having Angel as part of our community and nothing can replace hearing him say “I love this sh*t” after a hard workout 💪🏼. Congrats Angel!
