Just over a year ago, Steven walked through our doors on a random Monday after moving home from college. He was looking for a way to get active again, meet new people, and build healthier habits after starting a desk job.

What he found was so much more.​

He came for a workout with a friend, but stayed for the energy, the people, and the sense of belonging that kept bringing him back. "From reconnecting with old friends to building new ones, Orangetheory quickly became more than a gym — it became my second home."

Over the past year, Steven has grown stronger physically and mentally, but the impact goes beyond the workouts. "Orangetheory gave me structure, motivation, and a community of like-minded people. The coaches here quickly became more than just coaches — they became friends, and honestly, family."
