I’ll start with the positive — the exterior is amazing, with a classic mid-century roofline, a courtyard complete with a skylight and built-in planters, a carport, and what appears to be a koi pond, or at least what’s left of it. But I’m sorry to report that the interior has fallen prey to this page’s arch nemeses — flippers. they're stripped the home of any charm, removing original features and replacing them with gray vinyl and white walls. But my problems with this renovation aren't just aesthetic. Some of the changes made are baffling; a bathroom clumsily placed in a laundry room, an incoherently laid out kitchen etc. And yet, to quote many a hapless straight girl… I think I can fix him.
