Contains 92 of the 102 minerals our bodies are made up of. Helps produces collagen, great for detox, reduces mucus, Increases Energy, and Increases Libido. Sea Moss Gel has virtually no taste so it can be added to anything, and you wouldn’t know; shakes, coffee, tea, oatmeal, desserts etc. The more you add the texture will thicken.

1 Tbs a day min recommended. Lasts 30days in the refrigerator. Freeze to last up to a year. You can freeze in ice trays and add to your shakes or beverage of choice for a longer shelf life as well.
