Nice work

We love the bold colors and multiple layers that can be seen when you are up close with each of H♥ART Gallery artist, Hope's pieces. The splatter layers are typically created through popping (exploding) 50-100 paint cans that were left outside by other graffiti artists. I use those colors and textures as a jumping off point, and often work in personal themes by drawing and painting on top of and within those layers. You would be writing for and about senior living and retirement which is actually pretty cool stuff. Mostly writing newsletters and sales proposals. The Georgia Winery is a great place to watch the sunset, drink some wine, and Paint ! We were so excited to get back to the Winery!

Big fun at the Georgia Winery Sunday! Thank you for painting with us. We’ll be painting there again in March. In April we will be hosting their Craft and Sip and another Murder Mystery night so hopefully we will be seeing you again soon.

Hey everyone! I’m getting back into the groove after a long vacation. Starting tomorrow we will start having consistent Bob Ross classes for those people who want to learn to really paint. In fact there are still spots available in tomorrow afternoon’s Bob Ross class if you are interested. It is one of Bob’s standard lake paintings but I put Lookout Mountain in the background to give it a local flare. Great beginner class focusing on clouds, water and trees. I will shut down registration tomorrow at 10:00 am. The class starts at 1:00. Hope to see you there!

The painting will be "Northern Lights". It is the perfect beginner painting - lots of fun and very forgiving because it only uses a few colors. If you plan to give your painting to someone as a present, it should have just enough time to dry before Christmas (oil paintings take about 2 weeks to dry).
