Flow Motion Wrestling club will take a seasoned wrestler to a whole new level, while still being mindful of newcomers needs. Within the Chattanooga area our coaching staff is unmatched in experience & unrivaled in credentials. We are steeped in the knowledge required to mold any aspiring person into a strong wrestler.

Had a blast last night training with some tough young men. We discussed the blessings of being able to push the human body to new levels.
I will be opening up shop at The Factory in East Ridge next week.
Wednesday 7:15pm & Sunday 4:00pm
I hope to see some of you there, space will be limited (20) due to a decrease in mat space.
