Hey fam,
I know I haven't posted anything in a couple of months. But as some of you may know, through my routine colonoscopy I was diagnosed with colon cancer in July and had surgery in September. (Details coming). A large part of my recovery is walking; a suggested 30 minutes a day. Although I've been walking in my neighborhood and on the Atlanta Beltline, yesterday for the first time in over 8 weeks, I returned to the gym and walked 30 minutes on the treadmill. Felt great to get back on the horse!
Thank you all so much for your love and concern! God is indeed faithful!
