FADlab’s next workshop: Unsticking The Story Within

From artist , this workshop will support and guide the participants to gently access and release what feels stuck. Using a combination of somatic practices, reflective journaling, and interactive storytelling exercises, artists will reconnect with their instincts, their voice, and the emotional core of their work.
