I’m a chiropractor, so after many patients asking if I could recommend the Tempur-pedic mattress/bed, I bought one of these overpriced mattresses. The mattress killed our backs, it collapses underneath you. Forget about having any comfortable sleep. The bed quickly sagged and when calling the company to complain we were advised to let the bed set to our bodies over the next few months. Conveniently for scam company Tempur pedic, the time they told us to wait took us out of the 3 month return period. We filed a claim for the multi plane defect of collapsed bed, and they play a game that no pictures clearly measuring the more than 3/4 inch sag as not clear enough for them so they feel no matter what they don’t have to actually honor their warranty. The bed sags over 28” just an average person sitting in the edge of it.
I can not emphasize it enough.
DO NOT EVER BUY A TEMPUR PEDIC!!!! Horrible bed and worse customer service and they don’t honor warranty.

STRESS AFFECTS MORE PEOPLE THAN EVER BEFORE

More people feel the effects of stress today than ever before. There are three main types of stress to your body: chemical, emotional, and mechanical.
Chemical stress is caused by poor nutrition, exposure to noxious fumes or substances, and cigarette smoke. Eating properly can help to reduce chemical stress. Avoiding sugar, refined salt, and refined flour (white bread) will help.
Emotional stress can be controlled better by positive thinking and learning to avoid worrying about things you have no control over. Take life one step at a time and you will discover that life doesn’t have to be perfect…just excellent.
Mechanical stress is caused by your bones and joints not being in alignment. Just as your car will have more mechanical stress if the wheels are misaligned, so will your body. Most often a spinal or joint misalignment “stresses” the muscles, nerves, and surrounding tissues, causing pain and discomfort.
A Doctor of Chiropractic can determine what may be causing your type of stress and work with you to correct the problem.
