A properly coordinated panel location, a clear service route, a well-placed cleanout, enough access above a ceiling, or a correctly located exhaust termination can save a lot of time, money, and frustration in the field. ✅

Another great project in the books with a local housing authority! 👏🏽🏡

This project focused on upgrading outdated bathing facilities by replacing existing tubs and showers with new walk-in, ADA-compliant shower systems 🚿. The work included full demolition of existing units, installation of new liners and plumbing systems, and careful coordination to ensure long-term durability and reliability.

Beyond accessibility, the design prioritized sustainability, indoor air quality, and long-term performance 🌱—delivering a solution that is not only safer and more inclusive, but also built to last. Thoughtful planning around constructability and maintainability helped ensure a smooth installation process and a high-quality end result.

We’re proud to wrap up Phase II of the site lighting upgrades at the NBHA 💡🏡

This project focused on improving visibility and safety throughout the parking areas with strategically placed pole-mounted luminaires—making a real difference for residents navigating the site after dark 🌙🚶‍♂️

Behind the scenes, our team carefully coordinated underground conduit routing, used horizontal auguring to minimize disruption to existing walkways, and tied everything into existing house panels for a clean, efficient, and reliable system ⚙️🔌

A great step forward in enhancing resident safety and overall site functionality—exactly what thoughtful, practical engineering is all about 👷‍♂️👏
