💃🏻From day one, Anna Grace had a few simple goals after hip surgery: get stronger, get back to the gym, and be able to dance at her wedding.

Today, she’s ready for all three.

Congratulations, Anna Grace. We are incredibly proud of you and can’t wait to celebrate this next chapter. 🤍💍

Turns out even the big guys have room for improvement. 🥲
Had a ton of fun. Stay tuned for the highlights!

❗Women's Wednesday blog: Ladies over 50! If you've found yourself saying, "I just don't feel like myself anymore," please know that you're not alone.
One of the most common conversations I have with women in their 50s and beyond goes something like this: "I haven't changed much, but my body has. I don't feel as strong as I used to. The things that used to work don't work anymore, and I don't know where to start."

The reality is that our bodies do change as we age, particularly during and after menopause. Many women experience a decline in muscle mass and bone density that can affect their energy, balance, strength, and confidence in movement. Activities that once felt easy may suddenly feel more challenging, and it's not uncommon to develop a fear of injury or wonder if certain types of exercise are even safe anymore.

What I want women to know is that these changes are common, but they are not a sign that you should simply accept feeling weaker or less capable.

Research consistently shows that resistance training is one of the most powerful tools we have to support healthy aging. Strength training can help improve muscle mass, maintain bone density, reduce the risk of falls and fractures, and improve overall quality of life. Just as importantly, it can help women regain confidence in what their bodies are capable of doing.

This isn't about trying to get back to the body you had in your twenties. It's about preserving the life you want to live in your fifties, sixties, seventies, and beyond. It's about being able to travel, play with your grandchildren, carry your groceries without hesitation, continue the hobbies you enjoy, and maintain your independence for as long as possible.

That belief is what inspired me to create the RESET Program. Too many women have been told that feeling weaker, more fragile, or more limited is simply "part of getting older." I don't believe that's the full story. While aging is inevitable, there is so much we can do to help you move better, build strength safely, support your bone health, and feel more like yourself again.

You are not too old to start. You are not too far gone. And you don't have to figure it out on your own.

Getting older is a privilege. My hope is that we can help you do it feeling stronger, healthier, and more confident every step of the way. Message us "RESET" to learn how we can help!

Jonathan wasn’t interested in simply “getting by” after knee replacement. He wanted to keep doing the things that make him, him. Running the best pizza shop in town Pizza And Then Some 🍕. Making people smile. And apparently reminding everyone that he can juggle while balancing on one leg. Here’s to refusing to slow down.💪🏼
