✅ Some tight downtown greenville jobs knocked out for Mark Thoennes Builders. Backfilled a home that Justice Concrete had blocked up and we also did a full site prep on another custom home project in preparation for a retaining wall and a new foundation!

✅ We got this lot cleared that had 70+ pines over 110’ tall, demo’d a pool, pool house, and block retaining wall. 15 of the trees were tied behind an overhead power line, so we called R&G Tree Company to help us lay some trees off the power line! We hauled all debris offsite, and got it ready for two new homes to be built. (Before pictures at the end!)

✅ Graded this 60’ long x 150’ wide Barndo pad a while back for a good friend of ours and I forgot to post it. This job turned out slick, and I can’t wait to see the house come up out of the ground on this one.

🏡🛫 First out of town job for the crew is in the books. The boys threw down on this 12,000 sq ft house pad in 4 days, and impressed our builder and future home owners! We battled some tough soils where we found the last land clearing company who cleared and grubbed the property didn’t remove all the debris, so when we self performed the first compaction test, it failed miserably. We found 15+ spots we had to cut 3-4’ deep over the whole pad to remove all the rotten debris, fill back in with suitable material, and compact back (This is why you don’t hire the company clearing land for $5,000 an acre). But overall it looked great and we can’t wait to come back and lay down the finishing touches before landscaping! (We were not responsible for the stone)

We are blessed to be busy, and we need to catch up on posts for social media. But here is a job we took over from another “grader” to finish cleaning up storm debris and prep a pasture for hydroseeding! Turned out great, and the customers were relieved to finally have their pasture ready for some livestock after the last grader dragged their week long project over multiple months!

Must have: Drivers License, reliable transportation, years of experience on a dozer, skid steer, and trackhoe.

Starting pay is $23-27 per hour but there is room in the company to grow beyond that.

There will be times that labor help will be required and we expect everyone to contribute if needed.
