We’re thrilled to announce that we have officially submitted our request for land to Greenville County! 🙌

This is a major step forward toward building our tiny home community for homeless and transitioning veterans right here in Greenville. 🇺🇸

Our goal is to make the most of this opportunity — turning that land into a safe, supportive space where our veterans can rebuild their lives with dignity, stability, and hope. 🏠💙

We couldn’t have come this far without the encouragement and support from our community — and we’ll continue to need you by our side as we move into this next phase. 💪

📊 Veterans in Greenville County: The Reality

There are over 28,500 veterans living right here in Greenville County — heroes who’ve served our nation. 🇺🇸

Yet according to the 2024 Point-in-Time count, 101 veterans across the Upstate (Greenville, Anderson & Spartanburg counties) are still experiencing homelessness — 32 living without shelter and 69 in temporary housing.

Every one of them deserves a safe place to call home.

According to 2023 statistics, 37 veterans are experiencing homelessness in Greenville, South Carolina. In our conversation with Veterans Affairs, they emphasized the urgent need for landlords to accept Section 8 housing vouchers to support these veterans. At Ramsey Bootcamp, we believe we can help make that change. With your support, we can take meaningful steps toward providing housing for every one of these veterans. The journey starts with you.

We can manage this number easily by building Ramsey Bootcamp and providing the key to their success, a place to call home.

On the last day of the year we reflect on how we, together, can make a difference in the life of a veteran by getting them off the streets.
