The Open Book Project would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing sponsors. Without your generosity and support, programs like our First Year Teacher Incentive Program would not be possible.

Seeing the excitement and joy on our first-year teachersโ€™ faces as they select books to build their classroom libraries reminds us why this work is so important.

A special thank you to Bennett Wealth Management, Cornerstone Insurance LLC, Kudzu Staffing, Inc, Raymond Carolina Handling, The Movement Doctors, and Truliant Federal Credit Union. Your commitment to literacy is helping us put books into the hands of students and create a lasting impact in our community.

Would you or your business like to make a difference? We are always looking for community partners and sponsors who share our passion for literacy. Join us in helping inspire a love of reading, one book and one classroom at a time.

๐Ÿฅ‡What an incredible first week for our First-Year Teacher Program!

Thanks to the generosity of our community, The Open Book Project has already provided more than 700 books to 12 first-year teachers representing 11 schools across Pickens, Greenville, Anderson, and Oconee counties. These educators serve students in grades 1โ€“5, as well as Special Education, Music, and Resource classrooms. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

This is only the beginning. Additional first-year teachers have already scheduled appointments, and we hope to welcome many more in the coming weeks.

If you would like to help us place books into the hands of new teachers and their students, please consider donating gently used books or making a financial contribution. With your support, we hope to provide books to every first-year teacher interested in participating in this program.

Thank you for helping us build classroom libraries and foster a love of reading throughout our community. โค๏ธ๐Ÿ“š
