I am utilizing my strengths.

A story which is related to our life....
There was a great person, one day a poor man came to him and said that lend me your field for a few years, I will cultivate it and earn money by farming..!
That great person was very kind -
He gave his field to that poor person and also gave five farmers to help him in farming and said that take these five farmers along with you and do farming, it will be easy to do farming, with this you will be able to earn money by cultivating a better crop.
That poor man was very happy to see that he got the field on loan and also got five helping farmers.
But, that man got very lost in his happiness and those five farmers started farming on their own and that poor man remained immersed in his happiness and when the time came to harvest the crop, he saw that the crop was very bad, those five farmers had not used the field properly, nor did they sow good seeds, so that the crop could be good.
When that most kind person asked for his field back, the poor man wept and said that I am ruined, I was immersed in my happiness and could not control these five farmers, nor could I get them to do good farming.
~ Now pay attention here - -
That most kind person is - God
The poor man is - us
The field is - our body
The five farmers are our senses - eyes, ears, nose, tongue and mind.
The Lord has given us this field of body to get good harvest (karma) and we should do karma by keeping these five farmers i.e. senses under our control, so that when that kind God asks for this body back and settles the accounts, we do not have to cry.

Before cutting the branch of a tree or removing a flower,
ask your spirit, the tree or the plant,
so you can withdraw your energy from that place
and not feel the cut so strong.

If you want medicine, just cut off the leaves,
don't take the whole plant, let it continue to heal others.
When you go to nature and want to take a stone
that was in the river, ask the mother of the river, Yakumana,
if she allows you to carry one of her sacred stones
and listen to your heart.
If you are going to climb a mountain or make a pilgrimage
through the jungle, ask permission from the spirits
and guardians of the mountains, Apus.

It is very important that you communicate
even if you don't feel, don't hear or don't see.
Enter each place with respect,
since all Nature listens to you, sees you and feels you.
Every movement you make in the microcosm,
generates a great impact on the macrocosm.
When you approach the vegetation,
he is grateful for the medicine he has for you.
Honor life in its multiple forms
and be aware that each Being is fulfilling its purpose,
nothing was created to fill spaces.
Everything and we are all here remembering our mission
, remembering who we are
and waking up from the sacred dream to return home.
When we talk to nature from our heart over time
you will listen to it and feel it more.
Remember that everything has a spirit.
