Small batch tallow products! I’ve been waiting a while to try my hand at these! Here are the steps I took:
-sourced local beef fat
-small batch wet render x2
-decide in a recipe (after researching too many options…)
-make balms! start small - just a few ounces at a time!
The slightly yellow one is a harder salve that I incorporated beeswax into! It’s silky and feels so good! The other one is a whipped balm that feels super luxurious! And no. No beefy smell :)
