WHO WE ARE

Homeowners’ Associations Property Management Company is a locally owned and operated company serving communities in Boise, Eagle, Meridian, Nampa, Kuna and Star, Idaho. Our company works exclusively with homeowners’ associations (including single family homes, condominiums, town homes and business owner associations) and their Boards. We help to maintain property values and an enhanced quality of life within the communities we manage. This emphasis on specializing in non-profit association management makes us uniquely qualified to solve most issues within a homeowners’ association relative to accounting, landscaping, irrigation, neighborhood complaints, CC&R issues, pool and clubhouse maintenance, all common area maintenance and issues, etc. Since we are dedicated to the "smaller" neighborhoods (less than 150 homes/lots) we are able to create the "personal touch" in association management.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our philosophy maintains that the volunteer Board of Directors should spend less time on the day to day operations of their neighborhood and more time enjoying being a member of the community. We achieve this by creating a strong partnership with the Board of Directors. We deal with the day to day operations of the association and execute all decisions made by the Board. We also believe in common sense enforcement of existing covenants, conditions and restrictions (CC&R’s).
