Our Idaho weather gives us a chance to use outdoor spaces so many months of the year! We did a great covered patio addition this past spring/summer that can literally be used year round, just add a couple outdoor heaters in the winter🥶😉 The addition of an beautiful sliding glass door gives not only tons of natural light, but a direct line of site to their amazing back yard! Canned lighting, fans, and the stunning tongue and groove ceiling complete the space. We had such a great time working with these clients to extend their living space into the great outdoors!

Just finished up another remodel for a great family! It was a pretty complete gut job of the main level. We gave them a beautiful new kitchen, gorgeous white oak hardwood floors, and a new white oak/wrought iron stair railing. We were able to create a new home office and freshen up their downstairs bathroom. With fresh paint and new light fixtures, it feels like a whole new home! We're so excited for them to enjoy their new space and so thankful for our amazing clients!

Finally adding pictures of our finished basement... a year after completion. We had to get creative with low basement ceilings, working around load bearing walls, and freshening up 30 year old construction, but that's the fun of it;-) It is now a space we all use on a daily basis. It works as a kid/bonus space, workout area, catch-all storage, and a 4th bedroom and full bath. We love how it turned out! It's fun to watch a dream become reality!

Our basement remodel... adding a closet to the bedroom and opening up some walls to create a more open concept. The goal is to have this space feel like an extension of the rest of our home and be a warm inviting space that we all want to use.

Sometimes small changes can make all the difference in how your home functions for your family. Our clients wanted to turn a hallway nook and storage closet into a full bathroom and add a closet to their office. It turned out beautifully!

After doing remodels for clients, it's been fun to take on a project closer to home... or should I say, in our home:-) The boys were all about "Demo Day" as we knocked some walls down to remodel/finish our basement. Our half finished basement has always been a place that no one really wants to be. It's dark, feels cold and old, and really the kids only go down there to play x-box. It's been on our project list since we moved in and is exciting to finally tackle it!

Just finishing up a full gut job remodel on a duplex after a fire in one of the units. It was fun to help our client restore what had been damaged and bring in a fresh new look to the place. With remodels there are ALWAYS surprises and it takes creativity and know-how to work through them and we love the challenge!
