Apple butter, apple cider, apple chips. That's what I'm going to be working on for the next few weeks.

If you want apples, message me. The apple basket in the pic is only 1/4 of the apple tree. So there's PLENTY more!

Any other ideas for apples

This makes me smile. There's just something about sunflowers.

Sunflower bunches and flower bouquets are out in the stand.

Sunflowers are out in the stand. When sunflowers are in bloom, you know fall is right around the corner!

Apples are still out in the stand. They're great for sauces and apple butter. Another variety will be out there in a few weeks.

Blueberries are slowly coming in!!

Last year we saved about 2 1/2 stuffed gallon sized freezer bags, even after we sold them out at the farm stand. This year, the bushes look even more loaded.

I.cant.wait!!

It feels so good getting back into the stride of things.

It was so nice to see the raspberries coming in, I've been out picking berries all weekend. Nothing beats fresh berries picked from your own garden.

Now to get for a 90 degree weather week 🥵

The last of the peonies are out in the stand. 😞

So if you haven't gotten your fill yet, here's your chance, as they won't be back until next year.

What's next you ask?! We will have dahlias, sunflowers and zinnias this year, along with our berries and fruits that will be offered.

What a beautiful weekend!

Peony bouquets are back in the farm stand.

3 years ago I planted around 50 peony plants. I wasn't sure on the demand I'd have when I started selling the flowers this year, but you guys have spoken. These beauties are too good not to have more. I've got my order in for more peonies coming in the fall. I'm so excited!

Along with our flower season we will be selling berries and fruit at our stand.

Chris's favorite berry are red or black caps - also called thimble berries. He's been planting these all over to ensure he has enough for jam this year. I'll be adding more pics of these berries once they start coming in, as they are a little different.

And I have to admit these berries are pretty good 😉

These just keep getting better and better!

And more keep coming in!

One thing I love is a flower with an amazing smell. Now, some flowers have a tendency to not smell so great and you instantly regret taking a deep breath.

But these, these smell amazing

Per some of your requests, I have made some bunch bouquets and are out in the stand. Of course there are single stems out there as well.

It always seems like flowers can heal the wounds medicine can't touch. They add that little extra sunshine in our day.

I definitely needed that extra sunshine this morning after getting home from work. They immediately brought a smile to my face and added some calmness that I needed.

Does flowers have that effect on anyone else?
