I've started being much more careful of the things I say, and my mental health has improved so much because of it.

I'm excited to share that I recently completed PhreedomHealing’s Sound Healing Course, and I am now offering Sound Baths as a Sound Bath Facilitator!

Over the years, movement has been my way of helping people reconnect with themselves through bellydance and fitness. Sound feels like a natural extension of that work…a chance to slow down and simply exist without expectations.

A sound bath is an immersive experience where soothing vibrations and tones create space for rest and relaxation. My goal is to offer sessions that are welcoming to anyone seeking a moment of peace in a busy world.

This is a new chapter for me, and I'm grateful to share it with you. I look forward to holding space for wellness studios, dance and fitness communities, private groups, and anyone curious about experiencing the restorative power of sound.
