What is ⭐ toxin-informed coaching? ⭐
Some of you have been wondering why I describe my coaching as "toxin-informed."
I know that the things controlling our health are not usually as obvious as our "diet and exercise". For some of us, choosing other foods or upping our activity can help a lot -- for others, it won't change much.
Why?
👉🏼 Because some of you are more strongly affected by the toxins that surround you everyday.
👉🏼 These toxic exposures lead to chronic inflammation and a dysregulated immune system, negating many of the benefits from lifestyle changes you make.
Where do these toxins come from?
💧 Exposure to mycotoxins from hidden mold in your home
🦷 Medical and dental procedures (think mercury amalgams, contrast dye, etc)
🦠Chronic infections that produce biotoxins inside you body
🥦 Food and water contaminated with heavy metals, pesticides, and herbicides
What does this have to do with coaching?
👉🏼 I help you determine if toxins may be behind your health issues, and if so, what to do about it
👉🏼 I don't force you to exercise or change you diet in ways that may be inappropriate for your condition.
👉🏼 I help you get rid of the guilt as you discover that it is NOT your fault you are feeling poorly
👉🏼 By identifying the root cause of your symptoms, I help you making deep changes that lead to lasting benefits
