Our company is looking for a professional Front Desk Clerk to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk. You will perform a range of duties.

Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.
Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
Monitor, organize and forward emails.
Track and order office equipment and supplies.
Maintain records and files.

Requirements:

High school diploma or relevant qualification.
A minimum of 1 years proven experience in a similar role.

Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.

We are looking to hire an experienced Window Tinter to accurately measure, cut and apply the latest technology tinting to our customers' vehicle windows. As a member of our tinting team, you will be required to expertly cut the tint to the correct size, and apply the tinting on the vehicle with extreme precision.

To ensure success as a Window Tinter, you should exhibit a strong work ethic, show incredible attention to detail, and work quickly without compromising installation quality. Ultimately, a top-class Window Tinter can expertly fit tinting to any vehicle window with extreme accuracy.

Window Tinter Responsibilities:

Removing dirt and debris from windows.
Applying window primer before fitting the tint.
Cutting tint using authorized techniques.
Applying and smoothing tint onto vehicle windows.
Smoothing out imperfections.
Updating system with job information and completion date.
Stripping and removing old window tinting.
Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
Assisting Auto Glass Technician when necessary.
Window Tinter Requirements:

Previous experience as a Window Tinter.
Ability to read and understand written instructions.
knowledge of vehicle and glass specifications.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent hand-eye coordination.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently on a project.
Ability to work in confined spaces.
