Today, we recognize World Health Day, a topic on everyone's mind. 🌍🌎🌏 We've put together our integrative prescriptions for emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. ✨
💛 Emotional health depends on understanding our feelings and being able to freely express ourselves in ways that align with our identity and our purpose.
🧠 Mental health is about connecting meaningfully with loved ones and with ourselves. It’s also our ability to deal with anxiety and stress and acknowledging our thoughts without letting them control us.
💪 Physical health refers to our body’s ability to serve our needs, allowing us to get the most out of our daily activities without undue fatigue or physical stress.
🙏 Spiritual health is about knowing and following our purpose, connecting with something larger than ourselves, and finding unity and inner peace.
Balance relies on awareness of and attention to each of these fundamental parts of the whole.
