Today we’re celebrating two amazing team members who’ve helped shape our Winston-Salem branch. Karen Polite is celebrating 37 years with M&F Bank, and Rochelle McBroom is celebrating 30 years. Together, they’ve shown outstanding commitment, and genuine care making a lasting difference for our team and our customers.

We had an incredible night celebrating our newest Empowering Growth Grant winner! Congratulations to Adiah Oyefesobi, founder of Special Beginnings Midwifery, a full-on birth center that serves Durham offering a personalized birth experience as well as prenatal care, postpartum care, and newborn care for women.

This $10,000 boost will help her pursue accreditation and expand her services and support even more families in our community. Here’s to growth, impact, and the incredible work ahead.
