Day One is a pop-up restaurant that takes over Ninth Street Bakery once a week, Saturday nights, 5:0 Why Day One? He specializes in Jewish breads and pastry.
We serve an eclectic, always changing menu that contains no animals or animal products. Because every weekend we get to re-birth this restaurant. Also, "Day One" (1997) is one of the greatest "posse cuts" in rap history, and Matt and Ari are big hip hop heads (#90SRAP).
