Goals. 💪🏿💪🏽💪🏻 Exercisers who inspire us: You might have seen the video of this fitness instructor in Seville, Spain who realized how he could get people in his apartment complex moving in these far-from-normal times. Standing on the roof, Gonzalo got everyone exercising with jumping jacks and squats. Gonzalo organized the workout for his neighbors through WhatsApp and the turnout was pretty great. Good to know that we can still get some endorphins flowing together even when we’re apart.

Hey friends, we are here and relieved that we can still have the sanctuary of this community. We have already started a contingency plan in case things have to change or for those of you who may choose to stay at home. However, if you'd like to get out and about, you can rest assured that the floors are being cleaned with bleach regularly. Our doorknobs, bells, bars, and rollers are being wiped down both before and after classes and we do have hand sanitizer available. Kevin will also be tweaking the classes to minimize contact with one another. Hoping to see you soon and wishing you all health, safety, smiles, and mindful movement. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

What are our general fitness classes like?⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each class starts with some foam rolling and soft tissue work. We do this to help the body to get into a better position for the rest of class. Afterwards we do a general full body joint mobility session. We take each joint through its range of motion to begin a gradual warmup and after that we do a series of exercises to prepare us for the main focus of the class. The main part of class varies but has elements of strength, cardio, mobility, balance, and injury prevention. Finally we wrap up with either some extra work on weak links or some means of restoration.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
