Been sittin’ on this one for a little while and I’m so excited to finally share!!! These two are having a baby!!!

It’s genuinely been so beautiful to see Cami & Kaleb’s life and love story unfold. To now see them step into this new season of parenthood is beautiful and I know they are going to knock it out of the park!

This Wedding was exciting for many reasons. One of the many being the brides love of creative storytelling and film photography. Raw, “imperfect yet perfect “ photos taken through a film lens. I don’t typically shoot film, other than for personal projects so it was a fun learning experience adding it into the mix.

I often photograph with posterity in mind. Little moments of the present that communicate more than a simple posed smiley photo can ever do. Moments of connection, moments that years later you will look back at and still treasure. ✨

So here’s the thing… I love the out of focus, blurred out ones ✨ they capture a moment, a movement, a smile.

I think in a real visceral way it reflects what our memories become. The sharp, in focus details we see before us in the present start to lose its definition and over time we are left with how it all FELT… the smile, the movement, the moment… engraved onto our senses and who we are as people. ♥️
