I just finished this beautiful Danish Teak desk. The finish needed some TLC and a few repairs here and there. Also there was a bit of sun damage that was addressed. I removed the top coat of the finish but tried to keep some of the the aging of the wood. So there was a lot of working with colors, fills and burn ins to get it right. Thank you Mohawk Finishing for your product line. I finished it with Waterlox followed by a mahogany colored past wax to hone in on the color.

Just finished this beautiful Maple chest of drawers. I am guessing early 1800's. Hand cut dove tail joinery. Several nice thoughtful touches to the construction.
I envisioned a skilled craftsmen using his hands, his skill and his precious tools to make this treasure.
The drawer fronts are figured Maple highlighting the flowing continuity through the drawers. The sides are a single board that has remained amazingly stable. Please enjoy.
