This past weekend was a busy one at the warehouse! Huge thanks to the Duke Neurology crew for spending their time with us on Sunday! They rolled up their sleeves to continue cleaning and painting the new shelves, and did some extra heavy lifting to keep the shelves out of the rain. We’re so grateful for your energy, teamwork, and generosity.

Want to volunteer at the warehouse this week?
We’d love more folks on shifts that already have a few people signed up—bigger projects get done faster together! Have a large group? Email [email protected] to get connected.
If your only option is a quieter shift, we still need you. Every hand helps. The front desk is the exception: we need someone there whenever we are open.
URGENT NEED:
Shift Leaders - EMAIL [email protected]
THIS IS HUGE. We desperately need a few more Shift Leaders for both warehouse and donation/intake shifts. If you’re willing to volunteer with Day One Relief semi-regularly, consider stepping into this role! We’ll have you shadow a current leader so you feel confident, and then you’ll be ready to go.
Still seeking: social media, fundraising, and volunteer coordination support
Huge thank you to all who have joined our efforts already! Hope to see you out there this week.
