We are excited to welcome our 7th and 8th graders for the very first 7th-8th Grade Retreat on October 4th-5th at our Capital Hills Campus! This is an opportunity for older Middle School students at all campuses to get together for a 24 hour period and have a time of fellowship, worship, and discipleship as we learn more about what it means to live missionally.

In years past this has been a 5th–8th grade retreat, but in an effort to keep costs down and not have enormous waiting lists, we made changes to our all-campus events. We made these changes to ensure the safety of our students and the quality of our events as our church grows. This meant limiting the number of grades and providing alternative opportunities for community and connection. You should have received an email in August with this information. HSSR Day 1

Day 21 - Steadfastness: "Heavenly Father, let my child be steadfast and immovable in their faith, excelling in Your work (1 Corinthians 15:58)."

Day 20 - Obedience: "Lord, may my child have a heart that is quick to listen and obey Your Word, living in faithful service to You (Acts 5:29)."

Day 19 - Humility: "Father, keep my child grounded in humility, recognizing the need for Your grace in all things (James 4:6)."

Day 18 - Responsibility: "God, teach my child to take responsibility for their actions and to live in a manner worthy of Your call (Galatians 6:5)."
