Throwback Thursday: A large feedlot for the dairy cows was located where the Silo Offices are today.

We are seeking a great team member for the position of Maintenance Technician at Garden View Realty in Durham, NC. We offer a $2,000 signing bonus and all health insurance coverage costs are paid for by the employer for the employee. Majority of the work will involve responding to service calls at one of the apartment communities we manage and conducting related plumbing, electrical and HVAC work.
