A client walked in with a ring we made for her 30 years ago. Three decades of wearing it every single day had finally caught up with it.
But she didn't want a redesign, she loved it exactly as it was. The only thing that had changed were the wedding bands fitted around it, which were holding up perfectly fine. So designer May and goldsmith Bon recreated her original ring from the ground up, built to nestle right back in with those bands.
Same design. Same love. Just new enough to last another 30 years.

Goldsmith Patrick has spent recent weeks testing this hypoallergenic gray metal, running precise electric currents through it to coax out color. What you're seeing isn't paint or dye, it's a durable oxide layer, formed by the current itself, that reflects certain wavelengths of light back to your eye. Same principle as a butterfly wing: no pigment, just structure catching the light.
For this pendant, Patrick set out to echo the vibrant yellow, cyan, and magenta of prism cubes, mapping out each current with that exact effect in mind.
This is the kind of quiet experimentation that happens in our studio every day, long before a piece ever reaches the case.
