So everybody ordered the hummus this week, topped with a radish/walnut/feta salad and generous Turkish olive oil. Probably gonna stick around for a little while 🥬

Cottage cheese is having a moment. Our version of your grammie’s week day lunch: brown sugar roasted d’anjou pears with cottage cheese and 3 year cheddar, on this week along with schnitzel, juicy orange cake, kvass!

New salmon bowl this week with Abruzzi rye berries and Sea Island red peas, buttermilk cucumbers and a late addition of a 7min egg that was not in the menu description but totally needed 😬
